Capt Bilal Zafar, a courageous son of AL-HAVI was born on 2nd February 1982 in Vill; Kehror, Teh ; Kotli Sattian Dist; Rawalpindi. He was from a dignified family with martial backdrop. He got his near the beginning schooling from St Paul’s Cambridge School and Govt Post Graduate College Satellite Town Rawalpindi. Capt Bilal Shaheed was a sympathetic and devout man. He for ever and a day enjoyed the care for and fondness of his senior comrades and under comrades. He was an submissive and regimented officer.
Capt Bilal Zafar Shaheed sacrificed his life for the admiration and magnificence of his homeland. Our country / armed forces are grateful to such immense folks.
